Executive & team training

Build the capability to lead financial-system change.

Practitioner-led executive briefings, applied workshops and team learning programmes in ERP modernisation, finance transformation and payment-to-ledger integrity.

Who it is for

Bring leadership, finance and technology into the same conversation.

For executive sponsors, CFOs, finance transformation leads, programme owners, architects and delivery teams who need a shared understanding of the decisions and responsibilities behind change.

Each programme starts with a sponsor discussion: the business objective, the audience, the decisions participants need to make and the knowledge they must be able to apply afterwards. Delivery format and effort are agreed around those needs.

Learning tracks

Choose the decisions your team needs to handle.

Learning outcomes

Define what people should be able to do.

Select the applicable outcomes with the sponsor. Exercises and review questions test their application within the agreed programme.

What success looks like

Assess the application, then agree the next action.

Use an initial scenario or sponsor-defined baseline, a comparable learning exercise and an agreed follow-up discussion to assess what participants can apply.

Attendance, learning achievement and business outcomes are different measures. Any claim about reduced rework, faster decisions or financial benefit requires its own baseline and evidence.

Public exercises use synthetic information. Independent practitioner-led learning is scoped separately from formal product certification or accredited qualifications.

Before we start

Practical questions.

Can the programme use our own ERP or finance situation?

Yes, where the material is authorised and the scope, information handling and review responsibilities are agreed. Synthetic cases are available when client material is inappropriate or unavailable.

How is a briefing different from a diagnostic?

A briefing develops understanding and decision capability. A diagnostic examines agreed client evidence and produces bounded findings. Either can be commissioned independently; attending a workshop does not establish findings about a production landscape.

Do we have to purchase follow-on consulting?

No. Training can be a standalone engagement. Any assessment, implementation support or retainer requires a separate agreed scope.

How are fees determined?

Fees account for sponsor discovery, audience, preparation, customisation, delivery, exercises, feedback and follow-up. Delivery format, participant numbers, inclusions and exclusions are stated in the proposal.

Discuss a learning requirement

What must your team be able to decide or do?

Share the audience, transformation context and learning objective. We will scope a briefing, workshop or cohort around it.
